The "Hessdalen phenomenon" has been registered on photoes and videos several times, but unfortunately theses pictures are often overexposed or without any exact references to the surroundings. The Triangle Project is presenting a method for getting beyond this point. We will set up posts on three mountain peaks
near Hessdalen (thatīs why we have chosen the name "The Triangle Project"), each post / team equipped with cameras, communication- and navigation systems.
In this way we will have a fair chance to make three video recordings of the phenomenon, from three different angles, simultaniously.
This will give us a fair chance to calculate the exact distance to the phenomenon, speed and patternt of motion in addition to the precise location related to features on the ground.
Furthermore, - theses data will enable us to produce a 3D-animation of the phenomena for a closer study of the patterns of movent. Other members of the teams will shoot stills to support the registrations being taped on the videos. The
Triangle Project is launched with the support of Project Hessdalen.
