I ran across a nifty program that will inform owners of bulletin boards
that there are new messages posted on logon. Though, its not working at
the moment, as the routine calls a couple of library functions we dont
have, but I have Gyro working on that for me. Once we get that working,
I'll make the program available to all.

Well.. Gyro does have a point. Though I have encountered furs before
that never seem to request a permanent char.. only using a guest
everytime.  Ok, I met *one* once.. but there must be others.  Though all
of this is beside the point.. if there is one.

There's an idea.  Gyro is in charge of guest maintenance now.  Give any
ideas you have regarding them to him.

I dont know if I could stand looking like a cow..  could provide
motivation to get a permanent character fast, though :)
