AFAIK the parts of our own galaxy are named after the different
constellations they lie in the general direction of.That's what makes them
look kind of misplaced... I'll believe in coincidence to some extent but
two galaxies having the same constellations with the same names is a bit
too much.
Just an observation though. Just go ahead and build San Diego if you
like... ;)

Well I think of it as orbiting the planet the recruitment office is on (in
the Kurosawa district)...

A bit more specific? Linking an exit to an object brings the object to the
exit's location when activated, so you must mean something else...
