Well here's my first message to the list.
This is the puppet creation guide from TFF. Hope it helps.

First, you need to decide on two things. The puppet name, and your puppet
command. For example, 'Bob' with a command of 'b', so 'b :wavies!' becomes:
 Bob wavies!
For sake of flexibility, I'll use <puppet> and <command> as the name
placeholders for the puppet and controlling action, respectivly.
1) type in: '@create <puppet>'
You will recieve a message of:
<puppet> created with number <reference>.
Keep in mind that number of <reference>. We'll need it later.
2) type in: '@set <puppet>=X'
Your puppet will be able to be controlled.
3) type in: '@set <puppet>=Z'
Your puppet will tell you what it's doing.
4) type in: '@flock <puppet>=me'
Your puppet will follow your, and only your, command.
5) type in: '@act <command>=me'
The puppet command will be where you are, so you can controll the puppet
regardless of where it is and where you are.
6) type in: '@link <command>=$nothing'
There is no MUF to call.
7) type in: '@succ <command>={force:#<reference>,{&arg}}'
Your command calls this MPI: make the object number <reference> (which
happens to be my puppet) do {&arg}. {&arg} is MPI's way of saying 'that bit
after the command'.
8) Drop the puppet, and try '<command> :wavies!'
If your puppet does wave, it works!
