Actually, we haven't established that yet.  I was actually a little
mystified with how the last "election" was conducted. I was under the
impression that an election meant that voting decided which candidate
got the job. How a mayor-wannabe solves a puzzle was not what I had in
mind.

All that aside, I'm quite happy with the mayor we have.  I may keep him
awhile. :)
