With 9999 lines in my scroll buffer, I dont have a problem with missing
stuff that scrolls off the screen. But thats not really the issue here.
Descs should be kept at a reasonable length, say 1/2 to 3/4 of a screen.
6-8 lines woul dbe even better. In a situation when things are moving
along, say, in a group with others, you dont have time to read someones
'story' just to see what the fur your talking to looks like. You could
end up missing much of the conversation thread while trying to see where
you are, or who everyone is.

Thats just it. Everyone has a good idea what a tiger looks like.. ultra
details dont really help that much. I dont really care to read it
anyway.

My method is more direct. Put what I need in the clipboard and use the
paste command as I walk around. :)
