'Twas the night before 04-Oct-98, and all through the net,
not a creature was stirring, except for Myrla, who whispered ominously:

[transport systems stuff cut]

>again. We really do need to complete it.

The shuttle would work best for space and sf locations (as a matter of
fact I have been thinking about making SFOXS Space Station location #003,
and as soon as Canon unidles long enough to nod I guess we can consider it
official?)
A slightly ridiculous (albeit convenient) feature of the FM taxi is that it
can be called from pretty much *anywhere*, even your own bedroom! Can
someone come up with an idea for a transport system that can be used from
anywhere, or should the 'taxi' be limited to outdoor rooms (on the surface
of one planet, or should there be a taxi able to go into space? Maybe with
carefully arranged environments each planet could have its own local taxi
service?)

The best laid plans of ka'ats and men... *sigh*

BTW, it's not just a question of making things work, it's also one of letting
people know they do. Would be nice to have some maps somewhere, for instance.
I took the liberty of making one based on Myrla's map ofthe Kurosawa district
and my own exploration notes. If you're curious enough you can find a beta
version (?) at http://home.eunet.no/~rfyri/Kurosawa.gif
